CREATIVA 2023 will take place from Wednesday, 15 March to Sunday, 19 March 2022.

The exhibition halls are open from 9:00 - 18:00. We open the following entrances: Entrance North and Entrance Messe West.

Dogs are not allowed in the exhibition halls.

Navigation

If you are using a navigation system, please enter "Maurice-Vast-Straße" as your destination address.

From the destination address, please follow the signs in the vicinity.

Parking

Parking spaces for cars and buses are available in the immediate vicinity of the exhibition halls.

By train

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

The underground line U 45 (direction Westfalenhallen) takes you comfortably from Dortmund Central Station to the "Westfalenhallen" stop in 10 minutes.

From Dortmund city centre (underground stations Reinoldikirche or Stadtgarten), the U 46 (direction Westfalenhallen) will also take you to the "Westfalenhallen" stop in approx. 5 minutes.

Alternatively, take the U 42 (direction Hombruch) to the "Theodor-Fliedner-Heim" stop. From here it is only a few minutes' walk to the exhibition grounds.

The way to the Westfalenhallen is signposted at the stops mentioned above. All the stops listed above are handicapped accessible.

The checkrooms are located in the North Entrance, West Entrance and in Hall 6. Here you can drop off your jackets for a small fee (2.00 EUR per item). Please do not drop off suitcases and trolleys here! 

To save time: Use the checkroom in hall 6 (no trollies/suitcases).

The checkrooms are marked in the hall plan by the symbol with the coat hanger.

You can store your trolleys and suitcases during the trade fair in our goods depots at the North Entrance and West Entrance. Here you can drop off your trolleys and suitcases for a small fee (2.00 EUR per item) during the trade fair day and fill them with your purchases at any time without additional costs. The goods depots are marked on the hall plan with the suitcase symbol! 

For security reasons, trolleys and suitcases may not be taken into the halls. They may also not be handed in at the checkrooms, only at the two goods depots.

Free WLAN

Messe Dortmund is pleased to offer you access to the City of Dortmund's CityWLAN, which is operated by the telecommunications provider DOKOM21.

It goes without saying that WLAN use is completely free of charge for visitors, exhibitors, organisers and anyone else on the exhibition grounds.

Accessing the WLAN takes just a few steps:

1. switch on the WLAN on the terminal device

2. connect to the WLAN network "Hotspot Westfalenhallen 

3. the login screen of the Westfalenhallen Dortmund will open

4. alternatively: open browser (Safari, Firefox etc.)

5. open any unencrypted page (e.g. www.web.de)

6. you arrive at the registration mask

7. click on the "Free access" button

8. accept the terms and conditions of use (tick the box) and click on the "Log in" button

9. finished.
